We were hesitant to book because of some comments but we did because of the price and location, 5 min walk from grafton street and 15 min from temple bar. room 108 was very spacious and had a double bed and two single beds, everything was very clean and bathroom was also clean, there was heating and a kettle and tea and coffee packs. There were comments from a disco under the hotel and it was true but you could hardly hear anything, we slept very well, mattresses were a bit sunken so I didn't make it excellent. Breakfast for 5 euros per person although we took the offer that included it. staff were very friendly and they made an effort to understand as my English is "Little". airport bus aircoach line 700 stops 100 meters from the hotel and passes every 15 minutes, if we return to Dublin we will certainly repeat
the mattress a bit sunken but we slept fine.

The location is not bad, about 20 minutes from the center walking, with a bus stop at 100m. In our room there was no noise from the outside or from other guests.
The room's bathroom needs a refurbishment: the cistern is very noisy, the system for opening the shower water is very uncomfortable (a wheel that has to be turned to open the water is quite hard). At breakfast, supposedly a continental breakfast, everything was missing: you had to ask for milk to drink the coffee because the tanks in the breakfast room are empty (both for milk and juice), besides if you put a lunch box the logical thing is to have cooked ham and cheese... not only cheese... it is a very basic breakfast based on cereals, which is useful to start the day but it is not continental.

Everything was great, magnificent location close enough to restaurants, St Stephens Green and shopping/entertainment district, and the main attractions, welcoming staff. Asked for double room and it was spotless with missing glasses in windows.

Good Location
Bedroom looked nothing like the pictureon the website. The room was too warm even with the window open. Toilet did not supply any toiletries like other hotels. Bathroom was too small for a double room. Couldn't even open the bathroom door properly with the bed in the way. Was kept up all night with the night club next door. The Aviva stadium was way more then a ten minute walk as stated on the website.
